Bakery by day & bar by night, Hearth Bakery has something for everyone in the Highlands area of Denver. This interior remodel consists of 3,100 SF of restaurant space, & 2,800 SF of a full commercial kitchen & production area. Originally a church from the early 1900’s, this change of use building has a lot of character that we are maintaining with the exposed structure & little exterior work. I came onto this project during design development. I was tasked with leading the project through the design phases, on boarding all of our MEP, structural, & fire consultants, maintaining a project schedule, detailing & coordination during construction documents & permitting. The building permit was received in January 2022.
