This mixed-use space, located in the Platte Street district is nestled between the interstate & the South Platte River. “One Platte” provides 250,000 SF of Class A office space along with amenities such as retail spaces, a ground-level cafe, a gym, & a rooftop terrace. As primary drafter on this project, I was responsible for the design development & construction documentation phases. With an interior focus I also got the opportunity, alongside my principal, to design & detail many of the public interior spaces such as: restrooms, bike barn, gym, & roof deck. Our scope of work was to do the core & shell of the building, so I also provided many different tenant layout options for our client to help obtain future tenants of the 50,000 SF plates.
