The original one story residence located in Denver’s Historic Washington Park neighborhood was brought to our team with the need of a complete face lift. A second story to be added, the interiors gutted, and a completely new exterior facade, left us with the challenge to reuse the original foundation walls and start fresh everywhere else. As lead project manager, project architect, and designer, I brought this project from the conceptual phases through construction administration. The 2,000 square foot home will complete its construction in Spring 2023.
